This function is inherent.
In the 'implicit' variant, either transport entity disconnects a transport connection by disconnecting the network connection to which it is assigned.
In the 'explicit' variant, either transport entity transmits a Disconnect Request (DR) TPDU , and the other responds with a Disconnect Confirm (DC) TPDU .
The DR can convey a limited amount (up to 64 octets) of data.
